HOW IS IT THEY MISSED THIS MAN in the OJ case?

Maddogg Guest Writers, OMIG Investigative Team Coordinator, T.H. Johnson and OMIG Midwest Investigator, Landy Wilson.

What is fascinating when looking back after almost 30 years, 28 years for sure of the Ocean Medical Investigative Group (OMIG) investigating the hidden evidence in the O.J. Simpson case is how information has consistently made its way to our doorsteps. The one thing that is true is that the things people consider OMIG talented at discovering has about 98% of the time come as a result of people who see or hear about an OMIG investigative activity and come a-knocking on our door.

OMIG actually started with this photo above, but formally as a fledgling organization not until about 6 months later. It came about initially when a patient of Dr. Henry S. Johnson overheard him saying while the TV was on in his office how he would certainly like to examine those autopsy reports of the murdered victims in the fall of 1996 when All-things-OJ were still sucking up all of the broadcast oxygen in the media marketplace. This was at or about the time the Simpson civil trial was to begin and that patient whomever they were worked at the coroner’s office for Los Angeles County. A few days later the overheard wish came true someone had left the autopsy reports of both, Nicole Brown Simpson 94-01536 and Ronald Lyle Goldman 94-01535, on Doc Johnson’s office desk. He found them there when his day of examining patients had ended. As he was curious about what the reports medically held he studied them into the wee hours of the night.

Those four deep stab wounds in the left side of Nicole’s neck, the medical examiner, Dr. Irwin Golden stated were jabbed into that side of her neck about 3 inches deep, with a single edge knife with the blunt edge facing forward and the sharp edge facing the rear over the left shoulder of Nicole. The conclusion of Dr. Johnson was that these stab wounds in all probability were delivered by a left-handed assailant. As was a lethal stab wound #2 below to the right side of Ron Goldman’s torso hooking up through the rib cage by a left-handed assailant using a single edge knife with the blunt side facing the rear of Goldman and the sharp edge facing forward. The thrust of the knife into his right side by the left-handed assailant facing Goldman puncturing his lung and causing massive internal bleeding.

Those single edge wounds described in Dr. Irwin Golden’s report on Goldman’s right side torso were different than the wounds he found on the right side of Goldman’s face and neck.

The wounds to the face and neck appeared to be delivered by a right-handed assailant wielding a double edge knife (a dagger)

and attacking from behind Goldman, stabbing about two dozen superficial wounds into the right side of his face and neck. Neither of these knives had the wide sensational dimensions as people like the author Bill Dear or others have appeared on television and suggested apparently for dramatic purposes. According to the coroner’s reports these were very slender but sharp blades that killed these two victims.

When Dr. Johnson sat down with Simpson’s civil attorneys from the Baker and Baker law firm in late December of 1996, they were impressed with his conclusions, but they did not call on him to testify in the Simpson civil trial. They called Dr. Michael Baden to the witness stand, who had testified in the criminal trial, but when pressed about what Dr. Johnson had concluded of at least 2, a left and a right-handed assailant, Baden allegedly backed off of that position while under withering cross examination. That was the determining factor for Dr. Johnson to create his own platform to bring information being concealed in this most important trial of the century, which became OMIG.

It would happen time and time again where people who are in a subordinate position to their superiors who are promoters of corrupt acts are unwilling to go along with concealing the malfeasant acts of their superiors. Those subordinates are the ones who have a moral compass. The most interesting one for me that has been hidden in the midst of the false narrative that attempts to present Simpson as a jealous black beast who has turned into a raging animal out of a fanatical infatuation with his white wife that he does not want to let go and hence has stalked and killed her. Sadly, this is a narrative fortified with the antebellum myths of slavery in the United States intended to dehumanize Negro slaves by implying that they could not be civilized and would revert to their bestiality when provoked or enraged by losing the white man’s most precious possession his white woman. However, the empirical evidence simply does not line up with that narrative of black on white domestic abuse. This is a murder case where the glove did not fit the hand, and the shoes did not fit the feet, of Simpson, and the phone records changing the original time of when Nicole Brown Simpson was still known to be alive were removed from the Simpson case file. The changed time by an hour and a half from 11 PM back to 9:37 PM came into the trial by stipulation, whereby the jury was not allowed to examine the actual evidence. When phone records of Simpson’s mother-in-law, Juditha Brown, indicating the last time that Nicole was alive were removed from his case file surreptitiously, OMIG served a subpoena for their replacement from GTE Telecommunications company to put them back into the Simpson case file.

Judge John H. Reid

When the unsuccessful pursuit of those phone records became publicized during the heated on-line Simpson debates concerning his alleged domestic abuse back in 1999, and the judge John Reid who had authorized the secret removal of the phone records became known from the documents OMIG filed with the court in Texas to compel GTE Texas to replace the phone records, someone quietly mentioned that judge’s name. One person who saw judge Reid’s order above to release the phone records along with all exhibits of the Simpson trial granted to the lead prosecutor, William Hodgman, that someone mentioned the judge Reid’s name in connection with two other case files concerning the man below. That’s when OMIG began digging deeper into the malfeasance of this trial again because someone apparently knew something important regarding the Simpson case.

OMIG’s Midwest investigators would fly out to Los Angeles in 2000 after communicating with the sources OMIG had developed in the Superior Court Clerk’s office in downtown Los Angeles in 1998 when they first went looking for the phone records. The source in the clerk’s office provided OMIG with the case file for the man they asked for, and it turned out to be a capital case file (aka death row appeal) file BA-109525. The sources told OMIG investigators what floor the capital case files office was on and where the files were held. They went to that office and asked for that case file. Initially the young clerk could not find the file, she appeared to be innocent in her inability to locate it and told OMIG investigators that she needed to get her supervisor. When the supervisor came, she was an attractive middle age Hispanic woman, mature with salt and pepper hair. She looked at the well-dressed gentlemen from the Midwest, dressed a bit more conservatively than the casual westerners of California. This may have influenced her silent inspection but asked no questions and told the OMIG investigators simply to follow her. She took them into a locked area and sat them at a table while she went to wheel out a grocery cart of information for the subject of the above case file BA-109525. While combing through that file a lot was discussed about the man’s mental faculties in his pre-trial medical examination and how he had been hit in the head with a tire iron, as well as hit by a car. The doctors talked about how it had impacted the frontal lobe area of his brain regarding certain mental determinations.

However, what truly caught the investigators’ attention was the several medical examinations by multiple doctors that were placed in his file discussing the disease porphyria. When OMIG investigators went back to the medical headquarters in Los Angeles for the Ocean Medical Investigative Group they pulled out a book discussing the disease porphyria. The medical book discussed multiple strains of the disease about 6 impacted by an extreme sensitivity to sunlight and how it can affect the destruction of skin tissue and outer appendages of the face and body. There was no discussion of Nicole Brown Simpson or Ron Goldman’s association with this man in that case file BA-109525. That case discussed another woman which the defendant had murdered a year after the murders of Ron and Nicole in 1995. However, multiple police reports talked about his domestic abuse history with other women and the murder of the one he was now incarcerated in the LA county jail to stand trial for murdering in Van Nuys, California.

Nonetheless, the case file did not appear to discuss what OMIG investigators found porphyria to be upon returning to the medical library back at OMIG headquarters. The defendant had all of his appendages and no skin or facial disfigurement due to the disease porphyria, in fact he was arguably a ruggedly handsome fellow. Neither did the medical doctors doing the pre-trial medical examination discuss his medical condition as if it was impacted by a sensitivity to sunlight. The doctors were talking about his mental condition while briefly hinting the affliction of porphyria was associated with it. That made OMIG investigators dig deeper on the internet where they found that there was a 7th strain of the disease named after the English King on the throne at the time of the American Revolution, George III.

When the California authorities prepared the abstract to be sent along with Rogers had he been sentenced to prison at San Quentin in California they mentioned Porphyria but only in a fleeting manner, and do not say anything about it being the strain of the disease that would create his psychotic violent behavior. Although the talk about his brain disease, it appears they are redirecting attention to suggest that it might be due to something else such as the head trauma Glen Rogers may have encountered in fights, he may have engaged in.

The affliction of this 7th strain of porphyria is called Mad King George’s Disease and has the impact of injecting an uncontrollable amount of an iron rich blood enzyme called heme, as in hemoglobin, into the brain. The effect of that over production of heme is to cause a severe psychiatric response where the afflicted individual can act with psychotic violence and extreme paranoia that could catch certain people off guard since it can occur spontaneously. Even King George III would have to be secured behind bars in Windsor Castle for the last 10 years of his life from 1810-1820 for his security as well as the security of others due to his potential unprovoked psychotically inflicted violence due to the disease. The four women that Glen Rogers is on death row in Florida for murdering within 6 weeks’ time, are women that he was in intimate proximity, including Sandra Gallagher who he strangled after having sex with her in her pickup truck in Van Nuys, California, Linda Price who he knifed to death and set her in a bathtub in their apartment in Jackson, Mississippi to bleed out. Then he murdered Tina Cribbs by knifing and slashing her in a motel room outside Tampa, Florida and placing her body in a bath tub to bleed out, before absconding with her car and driving back to another woman who he had met a week earlier when he fled Mississippi for Bossier City, Louisiana; her name was Andy Jiles Sutton who he stabbed and slashed to death while in a waterbed at her Bossier City apartment. OMIG would find out that of the 9-10 men OJ’s ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson was with during the last 2 years of her life, the one that the authorities have failed to mention who was in close proximity to Nicole was the one below, Glen Edward Rogers, who has been congenially afflicted with Mad King George’s Disease also clinically known as Acute Intermittent Porphyria since he was a child.

He allegedly met Nicole as a painter contracted to paint the adjacent condo next door on Bundy Drive, and that relationship continued where Rogers a year later would admit to OMIG to knowing those people and they knew him. He was brought back to California in 1998 from Florida’s death row, in case file BA-109525. Though Glen was in California in 1994 working as a painter he was a prized informant who worked for law enforcement in several states because of his ability to fit in and go deeply under cover into dangerous areas that others may not fit in. Glen made his money from his informant activities as well and was cited in the police file concerning the Van Nuys murder of flashing a lot of cash to attract or impress women.

After three hours of examining Glen’s case file, BA-109525 as they prepared to leave the L.A. County Superior Courthouse the OMIG investigators asked to attain a copy of the only photo in the file of Glen and his siblings. Ultimately, the supervisor returned to tell them that they could not make a copy because every piece of evidence in that grocery cart was marked with the number “187” which stood for murder in the California criminal code system, and hence marked Roger’s file so it could not be copied because that case file had been sealed by order of the same judge, John H. Reid. The same judge Reid, who had released the Juditha Brown phone records in a secretive ex-parte court order to Deputy DA, Bill Hodgman, the actual lead investigator appointed by DA Gil Garcetti the to oversee OJ Simpson criminal trial. The OMIG investigators waited for the second cart for the senior supervising clerk to bring out just to compare it with the 187 documents. When it arrived there was no comparison, it was full of what looked like Sunday Newspaper coupons about Glen Rogers and contained nothing of significance. Shortly thereafter before the 5PM closing hour the investigators left and went back to OMIG headquarters on 125th and Hawthorne Boulevard.

To learn more about the disease A.I.P., (aka Acute Intermittent Porphyria) T.H. Johnson from the OMIG Investigative team would make contact with the author of the above article published in the British Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine in 1964. His name was Dr. Leon Sebastian Illis, MD, a doctor of neurology who authored the paper entitled ON PORPHYRIA AND THE AETIOLOGY OF WEREWOLVES. It was the very provocative title that gained OMIG’s attention. When we began to talk with Dr. Illis, we asked how the paper he wrote received its title and would learn that the disease Acute Intermittent Porphyria has been the template at the turn of the 20th century for Vampire and Werewolf fables due to the sensitivity to sunlight and the violent uncontrollable impact the excessive producgtion of Heme can have on the afflicted individual’s brain. In the case of Glen Rogers, he is believed to have murdered as many as 70 women.

Glen Rogers with Florida authorities in 1995 and Glen Rogers in Florida’s Raiford Prison around 2011 while communicating with OMIG investigators

Even though OMIG investigators found no information in case file BA-109525 for Glen Rogers discussing anything related to Nicole Brown Simpson, another tip came from once again one of those clandestine individuals posting in the midst of that heated ongoing Simpson debate of 1999 much of which was full of hateful racial animus. The Simpson narrative, both then and now, is based upon the crudest concept dating back to this nation’s antebellum period of slavery due to its racial undertones of a fanatical negro that cannot stand losing his precious prize of a white woman and reverts to a bestial inherent nature that should have been punished. Many books have promoted that distorted theme for the sake of its lucrative market the warped white reading audiences that harbor such mythical stereotypes.

The escape of that punishment induces a narcotic euphoric effect that people who imbibe that narrative do not want disturbed even after 30 years. Had the victim been Simpson’s first African American wife, Marguerite, it is hard to believe that this nation would still be consumed after thirty years had such a similar event occurred. Their reaction to OMIG pursuing the missing Brown phone records in 1999 appeared to generate that withdrawal reaction when attempting to interfere with a narcosis produced by the heretofore stated narrative. In their minds, Simpson deserved the worst sentence possible for the psychological defilement of the privilege he had been granted, the interracial relationship with a white woman.

It is simply something that is extraordinarily powerful and seductive about that narrative that for us at OMIG extends beyond simply the idea of celebrity entanglements since there have been numerous occasions of domestic abuse involving people who were involved with the Simpson case as sworn court officers as well as broadcasters promoting the past criminal event for many months thereafter.

However, Rogers close proximity to Nicole Brown Simpson would be found in another case file, which the clandestine operative shared online, while the back-and-forth racial epitaph’s being uttered to flail one another was taking place. OMIG’s T.H. Johnson while in the Midwest OMIG office with his first desk top computer did not engage in the ongoing Simpson debate as his brother, Dr. Henry Johnson did from time to time, but T.H. monitored what both sides were saying. In the midst of that activity someone uttered the name of another deputy DA who spoke about Glen and Nicole together, and that would be found in case file 97-222. It was not a criminal case file, but it was related to the Glen Rogers criminal case BA- 109525, The People of the State of

California v. Glen Edward Rogers. What it is was a formal grievance complaint filed before the Civil Service Commission of Los Angeles County denouncing a deputy DA’s removal as the lead prosecutor in the Rogers’ upcoming trial. The prosecutor was a woman the democratic powers of the LADA’s office did not take lightly because of her Republican political contacts and connections, as a result she was shunted off to the far-north in LA County’s office in Van Nuys. Beyond politics she had a reputation as a no-prisoner taking prosecutor they nicknamed the Dragon Lady, and her name was Lea Purwin D’Agostino.

D’Agostino would not rest with Glen Rogers remaining on Death Row in Florida, for her he needed to be brought back to Los Angeles to stand trial for the murder of Sandra Gallagher that took place in the early fall of 1995 in Van Nuys. DA Gil Garcetti’s office were certain that D’Agostino’s effort to get a convicted felon off of death row in Florida before serving their full sentence to execution had a chance about as good as a snowball in hell. However, D’Agostino utilized her political connections to make it happen and when it was announced that Rogers was returning Garcetti’s office became unglued. One of the documents even stated that they were going to give Rogers a trial in Los Angeles County but they were not going to allow him to wait out his death sentence while imprisoned at San Quentin, and were determined to send him back to Florida since they did not want him filing appeals within the state of California.

Judge John H. Reid, who once again sealed the 3rd case file that impacted the Simpson case.

When the OMIG investigators went to the Civil Service Office down a block from the criminal courthouse the next day they felt after the admonition received from the female supervisor that would not provide them a copy of the photo of the Rogers family would probably dictate the same frosty reception, they would receive trying to view the D’Agostino file. Even though they had gone through the total grocery cart of the “P.C. 187” “marked file sealed by Judge John H. Reid, they did not feel that they would have that same luck on the following day. However, OMIG investigators were received graciously in the Civil Service office, announced why they were there and were able to see the D’Agostino file, which was very thick, in fact three huge pocket files thick, that were placed on a desk in a hospitable surrounding where they would come for the next four days from Tuesday through Friday. There it was, immediately the discussion of the connection that D’Agostino’s investigators had found from the Van Nuy’s office that had Rogers in a proximate interaction with Nicole Brown Simpson there in Civil Service Case file, 97-222, the D’Agostino formal complaint. Much of what we read was redacted as if Rogers had reached the front gate of Nicole’s residence then from that point everything beyond that point would be blacked out with magic marker. Some of the assumptions that we could only assume due to the magic marker redactions had to be confirmed by Glen Rogers over the years that OMIG has communicated with him. At first it was difficult because Rogers did not know who OMIG investigators were, and thought they could have been other authorities attempting to befriend and trick him into talking by as he stated sending female agents to talk to him. He started talking more to OMIG investigators when they asked him about his medical affliction of Acute Intermittent Porphyria aka Mad King George’s Disease. OMIG’s T.H. Johnson said after reading Florida law that a discussion of his affliction should have been presented to the court before a decision that he should be tried. However, when OMIG asked Rogers whether that occurred he told them that few people knew about that disease and it was only brought to his attention while he was a teenage kid in a reformatory in Ohio where doctors diagnosed the disease. His public defender was given the information that was sent to him by OMIG and sent OMIG a letter stating that it may have saved Rogers for the time being from being escorted to the death chamber and put to death. That is when Rogers started talking more freely to OMIG investigators in his letters.

About a month after leaving the Los Angeles Civil Service Office, the regular secretary in the Civil Service Office who had been so hospitable called OMIG’s Midwest office and was emotionally upset when T.H. Johnson asked her what the problem was she said it was because she had given the investigators documents that they were not entitled to see. Then why did you allow us to see them, Johnson asked. She told him that when the D’Agostino file had been brought to the Civil Service Office 3 years earlier in 1997, she was on vacation and she’s the one who would seal documents that were ordered sealed by the court. So, the files were simply placed on the back shelf in the Civil Service office and given to OMIG investigators when they came in and asked for them. She was not given a notice on those files, and she only sealed the one file that Johnson saw firmly bound with tape that he said he wished he could see. She said that the whole bundle of files including those he and other investigators had examined over four days should have been sealed as well and begged him to not make it a public issue because she felt she could lose her job. T.H. Johnson told her that he nor OMIG had any intention of doing that back in 2000, but once again it was surprising for OMIG to receive a copy of the order above sealing all transcripts of the D’Agostino official grievance proceeding sealed once again by the same Judge, John H. Reid, pursuant to a request by DA Gil Garcetti’s office.

Cooperative Nevada inmate OJ Simpson circa 2012

When OMIG’s chairman Dr. Johnson made his monthly visits to check on Simpson’s health while at Lovelock Prison in Northern Nevada, the Midwest Office asked him to request that OJ send them a tracing of his foot. OMIG had found out in 2000 the dimensions of his foot but did not attain a tracing of it until 2012, the dimensions were still the same. They sought out the manufacturer of the shoe sole in 2000 for the Bruno Magli shoes in Italy. The sub-contractor, SILGA, was contacted by T.H. Johnson from OMIG and requested the size 46/size 12 shoe sole from its U2887 rubber mold as the FBI agent, William Bodziak, had alleged made the shoe prints at the Bundy murder site. However, OMIG believed they caught agent Bodziak telling a lie as others had done in the Simpson trial.

They looked at the same shoe prints in the police photos that he looked at and some were inside those sidewalk tiles that made up Nicole Brown Simpson’s Bundy walkway. He had a tennis shoe by Reebok whose chain of custody had been lost when the Detective Lange failed to deliver them immediately to the LAPD evidence department. He would take them home and then allegedly turn them over to another employee of the LAPD the following day. Agent Bodziak could only state that they were represented as being OJ Simpson’s tennis shoes when he was asked during direct examination. He had an opportunity to measure Simpson’s foot at the jail but did not go there to do that, since he claimed that it was a useless exercise since people generally bought shoes based on their comfort rather than he implied purchasing them for accurate size.

Tom Lange, Co-Lead LAPD Detective in the Simpson Case.

However, the dimensions of those sidewalk tiles would come out in the direct testimony of the lead detective, Tom Lange, who when asked by Judge Ito, and subsequently posed by DDA Marcia Clark, he would state they measured 11- and 1/2-inches square. At that point OMIG knew how unlikely it was for Simpson’s foot to fit in any shoe that was only 11 and 1/2 inches in length seen in those sidewalk tiles. It was confirmed finally when they received the shoe sole from SILGA and the tracing of Simpson’s foot. Even though the size 46/size 12 shoe sole was 3/4 inches longer than the 11- and 1/2-inch shoe print in the sidewalk tiles, Simpson’s toes extended outside that 12- and 1/4-inch SILGA U2887 shoe sole as one can see with his green highlighted foot above. T.H. Johnson measured against some of his shoes and the 12- and 1/4-inch shoe sole was equivalent to his own size 10 and 1/2 shoes.

However, because of OMIG’s neutral position regarding its investigations Glen Rogers was willing to provide a tracing of his footprint to OMIG in 2012 as well. As one can see, Rogers’ foot certainly fits comfortably inside the size 46/size 12 SILGA U2887 shoe sole that was on the bottom of the alleged Bruno Magli shoe the FBI agent, Bodziak, determined left the shoeprints in blood at the Bundy murder site. Here is Rogers’ tracing of his foot below highlighted in blue inside the same U2887 shoe sole. Oh, yeah, one last thing, Glen Rogers is left-handed and told T.H. Johnson in one of his letters from prison how being left-handed aided him in cutting a thousand stalks of tobacco in Kentucky where he was known as lefty in the tobacco fields. He also bragged about how he and a right-handed painter could work faster than others while standing on a ladder painting a house with one sweeping from right to left and the other on the ladder sweeping their brush from left to right.

  1. I was reading the transcript of an interview with a woman named Leslie Bouffard by the Ramparts Division of the LAPD after the Tate Labianca murders. They were investigating the Process Church of the Final Judgement. During the interview they asked if the Process ever recruited “negroes” and she responded with the name of Sociology Professor Harry Edwards. I would come to know Harry Edwards as a media talking head that always criticized OJ Simpson for not being radical enough in the 1960’s civil rights movement and instead sold out to “whitey”, he was a well fed Uncle Tom. I think they even dragged Edwards out for “OJ Simpson made in America” 30 for 30.

Now what most Simpson watchers never knew was OJ Simpson was a former member of the Church of Scientology. The Process was created as an offshoot of Scientology by two Brits “Robert Moore and Mary Ann McLean”. It is said that the Process Church would murder COS members. They hated each other that much. Charles Manson for instance was a member of Scientology and then would join the The Process Church of the Final Judgement.

In that farce of a trial , the trial that OJ Simpson had to endure, we watchers never knew that Marcia Clark was a member of the Church of Scientology, as was OJ Simpson’s favorite media head “Greta Van Susteren”. So in the Simpson trial we are full of Scientologists !

To me the Scientology / Process angle will solve the murder case of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown. The double homicide of Ron and Nicole isn’t the first time Hollywood has experienced these horrible bloody murders. OJ Simpson was just a convenient diversion as was his trial.

Forget this Mandingo bull shiat, the murder of Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown was just another shocking Hollywood butcher murder by the satanic forces that run Hollywood including the sports portion of the “industry”.

    1. Can’t forget the Mandingo part because that is what has created the diversion. It has been a strong 30-year addiction for white folks unlike no other. They have ignored the greatest act of domestic terrorism in the second half of the 20th century that occurred in the middle of the Simpson trial where two white men murdered 168 men, women and babies and yet those that can tell you everything about the OJ case can’t even call the two white men’s names. When it reached its 29th anniversary 9 days after Simpson’s death the only thing talked about up to and on that day was Donald Trump and OJ Simpson. The looming question is what was the fatal jungle fever diversion for?
