As the clock for major participants on both sides of this matter sprints towards the Eleventh Hour the one thing for sure is that this small investigative organization that originated in the mid-1990s in Los Angeles, California is about to mark its 23rd year. That organization, OMIG, (Ocean Medical Investigative Group) was born as a result of autopsy reports surreptitiously deposited on an African American doctor’s desk and ever since has expanded its reach and secretive personnel connections across the U.S. It continues to be effective in the trenches of providing more surprising revelations in this infamous case and forges ahead even as its originators along with O.J. Simpson become Septuagenarians. In this chapter the discussion addresses another insidious lie promulgated by manipulative actors in this infamous case.
Although the extravagant Bruno Magli label was not the only one to profit
in the wake of the OJ Simpson murder trial, their entry into the trial involved one lie that was truly unique. The prosecutors had not gained any significant ground at the time, and their key witness in 1995, detective Mark Fuhrman, who found the only piece of evidence that tied Simpson to the murders, the glove, that Simpson allegedly threw down on his own property was creating significant room for doubt. Rumors galore were beginning to emerge regarding Fuhrman from early on in the case in July of 1994. He was accused by several people, including fellow police officers of being a neo-Nazi, racist Jew and black hating, corrupt police officer with carnal knowledge that implied an intimate relationship with Simpson’s ex-wife, Nicole. Hence, in came the rescuers, what appears to be renegade members of the FBI trying to get in on the case to boost their own notoriety and careers. They appeared to be what their peers referred to as “blue flamers” nicknamed after the image of what a jet engine does at the
point of propulsion only to later fizzle out.
These individuals are smart enough to know that generally when the FBI enters a trial no one questions their integrity; thus, some of them over the years have engaged in a level of corruption and malfeasance that undermines the integrity of this nation’s preeminent investigative agency. However, the fabrication of evidence that occurred in the Simpson case on two crucial occasions involving the FBI, indicates that maybe we should never grant them or anyone else what OMIG preaches continuously, the privilege of presumption regarding evidence.
We’ll Mainly Concentrate On One Major Fabrication in this article
It is the lies regarding the shoes worn to the murder site that have been told and retold so many times over a generation that people who were neither born at the time or were too young to know anything about the Simpson case now believe they know all of the truth about the matter, as we move further into the millennial generation. This has become the salvation of the promulgators of this fraud who have actively attempted to cover their criminal and civil misconduct to say that the percentages now indicate that more people believe that OJ Simpson was guilty of committing double murder. Though they feign outrage and call for an overhaul of the US Justice system, what they attempted to do in perpetrating this fraud simply amounts to a feeble minded attempt to distance themselves from one of the most despicably seditious acts perpetrated against our common law system of justice in this nation’s history

Let Us Deal With The Shoe Prints Found At The Murder Site
Consider the images below, they show exactly what the bottom of the shoe soles looked like that made the bloody shoe prints at the Bundy murder site of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Lyle Goldman on June 12, 1994.
The shoe soles were produced by the Italian rubber shoe sole manufacturing company, SILGA. As you can further see below, SILGA sold their rubber soles from the U2887 rubber mold to the Bruno Magli shoe company which had its own models of shoes as identified by their logo, 
, found on the bottom of the SILGA shoe sole. The Bruno Magli logo is seen adjacent to the shoe sole manufacturer’s name SILGA below which is also found on the bottom of the shoe sole.
However, as OMIG investigators dug deeper into the Simpson murder case they found that the Bruno Magli brand was not the only company SILGA sold these shoe soles from their U2887 rubber mold.

They were also sold to another shoe company whose shoe sole is shown above and below, a British shoe company called LORD. Thus, you have the same shoe sole pattern but now on the bottom of a totally different brand of shoe, and LORD is alleged to have owned approximately 20 additional shoe brands to which they provided their contingent of U2887 shoe soles purchased from SILGA.
As you can see from the construction of the SILGA shoe sole, above, its raised heel and raised forefoot causes a recession of the area in the middle of the shoe where the identifying logo (LORD) or Bruno Magli would be found. Thus, it raises this particular area of the shoe off the ground and prevents the logo from being identified, as seen in the photo immediately below. Thus, there was no way for the FBI agent who independently worked on the case for 3 months before asking to be invited into the case to know which of the 20 shoe brands made the prints in blood at the Bundy murder site by looking at the police photos.
Hence, further questions arise as to how the federal investigator, an alleged shoe print expert from the FBI laboratory named William Bodziak, could be so certain that the shoe that made the bloody shoe prints at the murder site came from one of the limited number of Bruno Magli shoes sold in the US.
He gives no consideration to the possibility that the shoe print found at the murder site could have come from one of the other 20 LORD brands that were attached to SILGA U2887 soles. They could have arrived in America and into L.A., by way of sea going vessel since Los Angeles is a seaport city, transcontinental railway from East to West Coast, US-Mexico-Canadian international highway, as well as through LAX which is considered an international “Gateway City” for several major airlines. Within the myopic discussion that centers around one specific brand of shoe, Bruno Magli, rather than the shoe soles, it is never given consideration that SILGA sole shoes could have been on someone’s foot who may have traveled into the US, from Europe, Asia, or South America.
Asia is of particular interest to the investigators of OMIG (Ocean Medical Investigative Group) who noted the apparent actual smaller dimensions of the shoe prints found in the sidewalk tiles at the murder site. It was the Asian, Japanese National Police Department’s, data bank that identified the shoe soles as being made by the Italian company, SILGA.
A series of OMIG’s examination of the LAPD photos of one shoe print found within the lines of the sidewalk tiles at Nicole Brown Simpson’s condo on South Bundy Drive, in the Northwest upscale enclave of Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA provided further interesting results.
The way it worked out, it was the construction of the side walk at Nicole Simpson’s Bundy address that was considered by OMIG investigators to be a graph, with some of the prints of the shoe soles found inside some of the tiles below. What was left after discovering that was a prolonged attempt to find the dimensional measurements of those graphic sidewalk tiles. That would occur for OMIG’s investigators after several months of searching through the court transcript, after what appeared to be a futile exercise, they were on the verge of assuming they may have been the standard 12 inch square tiles sold at the hardware store, but something happened. Bingo! Their multiple searches ultimately paid off, and they found it, with the co-lead detective, Tom Lange, while under direct examination by prosecutor Marcia Clark, immediately blurting out that the side walk tiles were 11 and 1/2 inches square; thus, they were even smaller than the standard 12 inch square tiles. OMIG now had their ruler that provided them a preliminary standard of measurement for an approximate dimensional length. They were getting closer to determining the accuracy of those uniquely patterned shoe soles that made those bloody prints as 875 South Bundy Drive. Since some of them like the one above, on the Prosecution’s chart labeled, C, fell in between the grout lines, they knew it would be highly unlikely that the shoes would have fit O.J. Simpson’s foot. OMIG would ultimately attain a copy of the size 12 U2887 shoe soles from SILGA in the year 2000. As they initially suspected not only did Simpson’s foot not fit in the 11 and 1/2 inch shoe print measurement found in the photos of the sidewalk tiles, nor would Simpson’s foot fit in the 12 and 1/4 inch actual dimension of the SILGA size 12 U2887 shoe sole that OMIG attained from SILGA.
Citing size according to OMIG investigators, was the FBI special agent Bodziak’s attempt to bamboozle the public, much of whom, particularly in the Press, were already disarmed to do any further due diligence based on the false narrative promulgated. Everyone had by now who believed in Simpson’s guilt had bought into it because of a deep primordial belief that it was due to a Negro’s fanatic jealousy over a younger white woman. The promoters of this fraud had given the public Shakespeare’s epic tragedy of Othello now revised after 400 years and cloaked in the form of the allegedly jealous O.J. Simpson. However, as they so adroitly point out the word “size” is merely and abstract whereby people assume they know something specific about a shoe’s dimensions but when put to the test they really do not. Since the actual dimensions of a shoe size may very and not fit the dimensions of a person’s foot, it is more accurate to take the time to conduct an accurate measurement of a person’s foot to guarantee a comfortable fit. A size 12 in the United States is generally identified as a size 11 in Europe’s United Kingdom. However, the actual measurement of the European made, SILGA U2887 Size 12 shoe sole is 12 and 4/16 inches in length and is typical of a size 10 and 1/2 to size 11 shoe found in the U.S. O.J.’s foot was measured by OMIG and found to be 12 and 1/16 inches leaving less than a quarter of an inch for padding and insulation, the inclusions that in all probability made the shoes expensively comfortable. Due to the contours of the Italian construction of the SILGA sole, the shoe narrows at both the arches and the toe and implicitly suggests that Simpsons toes and other areas of his foot would extend out and over the sides of the shoe in multiple locations.
Attaining an accurate measurement may not count for much in former agent Bodziak's mind, but for OMIG investigators the idea that Simpson would pay significant money for a "preference" of shoes that did not fit comfortably on his feet is simply unbelievable. Above is Simpson's foot OMIG investigators measured several years ago, and highlighted in green. OMIG placed the tracing of OJ's foot over the top of a red outlined SILGA U2887 size 12 shoe sole they'd attained from the manufacturer. Certainly the appearance of discomfort of Simpson's foot on top of the SILGA shoe sole implies that there would have been a major level of dissatisfaction in purchasing such shoes. It raises further doubt that he would have purchased the uncomfortable shoes that made the prints at the Bundy murder site, based on the high price of the Bruno Magli Lorenzo model shoe at around $200 a pair back in 1994.
Hence, by starting off with odds that were not in his favor, of 20-to-1 against selecting the correct brand of shoe, Bodziak’s determination to jump into the Simpson case does not align itself well with the FBI’s mantra of ‘always getting their man’. It appears that Bodziak may have been so eager to get on the Simpson case, that he was willing to do anything including putting those shoes on any man, including the wrong man. Our suspicion is that he may have done it to possibly promote and boost the sales of the Second Edition of his college textbook printed a few years earlier, FOOTWEAR IMPRESSION EVIDENCE. The excuses Bodziak gave under direct examination for failing to go to the jail and attain the accurate length and dimensions of OJ’s foot don’t pass the truth test.
MR. GOLDBERG DDA: Now, sir, in making a determination of the Defendant’s shoe size, could the–why not just measure the Defendant’s feet instead of doing this?
MR. BODZIAK: Because of the factors of personal preference of fit and other factors which come into consideration, measuring the feet would not be the most accurate way of determining shoe size.
Because Bodziak looked at the same crime scene photos of the footprints as did OMIG’s investigators, it is unfathomable how he could have felt comfortable that those alleged size 12 shoes fit Simpson’s foot. Had he measured Simpson’s feet as did OMIG’s investigators Bodziak would in all probability have arrived at the same conclusion as OMIG, that the shoes with the size 12 SILGA U2887 shoe soles did not fit OJ Simpson’s foot.
Agent Bill Bodziak somehow gained access to enough of the Simpson case evidence just a month after the murders took place in July of 1994. Thus, from July through September, the majority of the investigation for which he would testify in the Simpson trial was completed, regarding his conclusive determination that these were Bruno Magli shoes, and the size that fit O.J. Simpson’s foot. However, Bodziak had not been formally invited to come into the Simpson case until four months after he started his personal investigation, by October 1994. This fact is revealed in a letter he sent to the (SAC) Special Agent in Charge of the Los Angeles Field Office. In that letter dated 09/27/1994 (SSA) Supervising Special Agent, Bodziak contacted the LAFO and asked them to suggest that the LAPD Robbery-Homicide investigators might appreciate the FBI’s (his) assistance. In essence, Bodziak, was asking the LAPD to issue a formal invitation for him to come into the Simpson case. At this point, with a willingness to skewer the evidence in favor of the prosecution, Simpson becomes the victim of a gang-bang assault to some of us, than an elaborate conspiracy though it started out as the latter by a few insular individuals. Some of these FBI agents simply appeared to have no loyalty to the neutral position of seeking justice on behalf of all Americans, but simply how to aggrandize their own name and falsely that of the Agency they were allowed to represent.

What is also interesting in documents OMIG attained under FOIA request, is an indication that several of the retailers that sold the Bruno Magli Lorenzo size 12 shoe did keep extensive records of who and how many they sold that Bruno Magli Lorenzo model of shoe. One of those 40+ retailers stands out over and above the rest, the Tom James Haberdashery in Denver, Colorado. What made them unique in comparison to those outlets in the other 49 states, is that when the FBI field office in Denver conducted its investigation it found that the Tom James Retail store had sold the Lorenzo model and size 12 to someone that the Agency had a further interest. Though the name is redacted in the FBI document it is noted that the FBI found that the person of interest had a Colorado driver’s license and residential address.
Keith Zlomsowitch, (l), Operations Mngr, of the Mezzaluna Franchise and the deceased waiter, Michael Nigg (r) both had prior residences and connections to Colorado.
The reason this is of interest to OMIG is that several of the people who were associated with the Mezzaluna Restaurant where Simpson’s ex-wife Nicole and her family had their last meal, had ties to Colorado. This included the Operational Manager of the Mezzaluna Restaurants, in Aspen, Beverly Hills, and Brentwood, Keith Zlomsawitch. He was the fellow O.J. Confronted about having oral sex with his ex-wife, Nicole, on her couch downstairs at her condo while his children were upstairs. Zlomsowitch allegedly had some criminal drug problems of his own and as a result was dropped as a possible prosecution witness during the Simpson trial. There is also the individual who allegedly got Ron Goldman the job as a waiter at Mezzaluna, Michael Nigg. He was from Gunnison, Colorado just outside of the Denver metro, and others who worked at the Mezzaluna in Brentwood had allegedly also passed through one of the upscale locations for training in Colorado. Nigg would be killed in 1995 approximately a year after Goldman was killed.
The Mezzaluna broke with tradition and presented its deli like Italian Tuscan style restaurant called, Trattoria, founded by an urbane, soft-spoken former auto executive, Aldo Bozzi, when he retired from the North American Operations of the Alpha Romeo company back in 1984. Upon leaving the automobile business he decided to open a restaurant above midtown Manhattan around 75th and 3rd Ave in New York City. Riding on the prevailing culinary winds Mr. Bozzi would later dabble in licensing the Mezzaluna brand in Aspen, Colo.; Beverly Hills, and the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles — the scene of Nicole Brown Simpson’s last meal. (The latter two have closed, and Mr. Bozzi is no longer involved in the Aspen restaurant.) His biggest licensing success, and the most unlikely, has been in Turkey, where a dozen Mezzalunas are slicing up carpacci, according to a 2016 New York Times article.
The Feigned Genesis of the Malfeasance Regarding Bruno Magli Shoes?
The irregular fit of OMIG’s green tracing of Simpson’s foot on the alleged Bruno Magli shoes raises further questions regarding the credibility of the Harry Scull photos from Buffalo that were sold to the previously popular tabloid rag, National Enquirer, allegedly showing Simpson wearing Bruno Magli shoes on September 26, 1993. The photo was supposedly taken during an NFL football game in Buffalo between the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills the first of their meetings on that Sunday in 1993. Unlike the Scull photo of Simpson that day, where Simpson is relaxed walking across the end zone as well as the people looking relaxed sitting in what appears to be a sun drenched stadium in the background, the actual NFL photos differ from that bucolic image. The images were of a rainy and constantly windy 25-30 MPH day that remained throughout the day according to the real time reporters and the weather history on that date in Buffalo, NY.
NBC’s Dick Enberg’s initial introduction to the game seems to defy the Scull image as well of a few people prior to the start of the game sitting behind Simpson in the stands casually relaxed on a bright day of sunshine. The reality from the game’s video are of people packed into Rich stadium which had the second highest attendance rating of all of the NFL stadiums. The crowd was in there in large numbers despite a continuing rain filled blustery day. The issue alone of a rain filled weekend brings to mind that a witness from Bloomingdale’s named Poser testified that he would not advise Simpson to buy that expensive shoe to wear in Buffalo. The reason why is that the city is noted for their blustery rain filled days, and the Bruno Magli Lorenzo model was an expensive $200 suede shoe, and as we all are aware, suede and water do not go together, and casts doubt that Simpson would have worn a shoe like that out in the rain. However, in the NFL photos virtually all of those people for as far as the eye can see are covered in rain gear and umbrellas in an attempt to stay dry. Given this over cast, drizzle, and windy environment, the Harry Scull images simply do not match the reality of the “wild and woolly” weather of that afternoon. The football players are shown with teeth chattering while cloaked in their wind breaking ponchos as Enberg speaks of a continuation of a weekend filled with rain and 60 MPH wind gusts. Due to the ongoing weekend’s rain there was a high saturation of moisture in the air with 70% humidity and drizzle on that day, that had to be continuously wiped off the cameras according to one of the announcers that afternoon.
We’re just observing that all of these continuous coincidences that repeatedly come up, whether it involves the time of the last phone call revealing when his wife was last known to be alive, the glove found on Simpson’s property, the contamination of his blood and that on the socks, all of these irregularities just can’t be dismissed and explained away with simple excuses. Then you have the E.J. Flammer photos of O.J. taken in Buffalo that weekend with the Monday Quarterback’s Club members.
What Simpson appears to have on looks like a pair of biscuit toe quasi-Hush Puppies, rounded at the toe, but certainly does not have the contoured appearance of the Italian made Bruno Maglis. It seems like sensational theatrics were employed by the plaintiff’s attorney, Daniel Petrocelli, once they drug out the Flammer photos after having gone through the challenge of the defense’s expert witness, Robert Groden regarding the irregularities in the Scull photos.
Groden a journeyman expert in hands on photo manipulation for the prior 26 years, was the only expert to turn in a perfect score on his test for consideration as an expert photo analyst for the House Select Committee on Assassinations formed in 1976. Despite allegations to the contrary, generally by plaintiff attorneys, Groden effectively raised doubt regarding the credibility of the Scull photos. However, Simpson’s lawyers, led by the team of Baker and Baker, apparently did not want to spend the money to attain the testimony of additional photo experts to back Groden up in his challenge of the Scull and Flammer photos. Nonetheless, a close examination of the photo images, between shoes in the Scull and Flammer photos, indicates a distinct difference in the appearance of one versus the other as both masquerade as being Bruno Magli shoes worn by O.J. Simpson. Groden’s testimony heavily challenged what he alleged was a manipulation of the photo negative showing Simpson wearing the Bruno Magli shoes in the Buffalo end zone.
What is of note is the contradictions in the images of the Scull photos which appear to show Simpson leisurely sauntering across the end zone wearing simply an open sports coat while a few people look like they are sitting comfortably behind him in the stands. Nothing could be further from the truth on that day as one can see above the AFC championship flag blowing back and forth in the wind. Such weather related images raise further doubts about those photos which never showed up in time to help Bodziak out of his 20-to-1 against odds of accuracy during the criminal trial but would conveniently show up just in time two years later during Simpson’s civil trial. This is where Bodziak would appear again. However, the negatives of the Scull photos had traveled outside of the US for six months and remained in Europe, in a country that is experienced in photo manipulation, until finding their way back to the U.S.

The issue of the negatives being left behind was testimony given under oath during the Simpson civil trial. You need to be chuckling about the so called credible people presenting photos from negatives that they admitted supposedly were mistakenly left behind on a Concord jet flight that remained in the UK until returned to the US in time for the Simpson civil trial. Whether you are aware or not, Britain is noted for its mastery of manipulation and presenting in its tabloid news papers, its rags, that pass themselves off as truthful mainstream news. The truth of the power of the tabloid manipulating press in Britain is being exposed now in the Harry and Meghan documentary series on Netflix. Thus, if they can manipulate the truth and evidence against one of the Prince’s in line for the British throne, why would they be concerned about manipulating photo negatives regarding a black celebrity in the U.S. if it continues the presentation of hot tabloid news?

It also seems to be that oj is more clean shaven in the flammer photo, less so in his news report image. I didn’t know that about the test that expert scored perfectly on, just that he was derided as ajfk “conspiracy” theorist, when it is obvious there was a cover up there too, so that’s ironic.

The false narrative with its subtle yet powerful racial undertones neutralize people, especially those who want to believe those old antebellum, dehumanizing tales of the beastly black man, who was supposedly 3/5th’s of a human being. However, since you brought up the Flammer photo, go back and look at it again, since that article was written in 2019 not only are we of the opinion that the shoes on Simpson’s feet were indestinguishable from multiple brands of shoes and there was no way for anyone to affirm by looking at the Flammer photo that those were a pair of the Bruno Magli Lorenzo models as shown in the first photo that was allegedly brought to the public’s attention. The Harry Scull photo of Simpson walking across the end zone at Rich Stadium in Buffalo New Your in that Sept game between the Miami Dolphins versus the Buffalo Bills.
However, we want you to go back and look closer not at the shoes Simpson wore but at the suit coat Simpson is wearing while standing in the middle of the other 5 fellow members of the Monday morning Quarter Backs Club, taken between 10 AM and 10:30 AM prior to the game on that Sunday morning according to the testimony in the civil trial of the son of the President of the club who took the photo E.J. Flammer, Jr.. Looking directly at the photo you will see in Simpson’s left breast pocket a handkerchief and pinned to his left lapel of his sports coat above the handkerchief you will see a pin representing the Monday Morning QBs Club boosters of the Buffalo Bills. The same membership pin that the guy to his right, believed to be EJ Flammer, Sr. is wearing.
Now scroll back up to the Harry Scull photo which shows Simpson meanderig across the End Zone at Buffalo Bills Rich Stadium, on the same day according to Scull’s deposition testimony he estimated that he took that photo between 12 and 12:30 Noon. Strangely Simpson now has no handkerchief in his left pocket, nor does he have the pin in his suit’s left lapel. The problem with the Scull photo is that it stayed out of his control for about six months and traveled and supposedly left on board a Concord flight. It was sent to the grand daddy of English word tabloid journalist countries, London England by the National Enquirer where they are grand manipulators of photos before making its way back to the US in time for the Simpson Civil trial. Even the day in the background of the Scull photo looks to bright compared to the reality of the weather for that day and the prior 24 hours, rainy, windy, and overcast. Even though you see the flags blowing in the wind, and the NBC Sports announcer, Dick Enberg stating that it was still raining and windy with gusts up to 60 MPH, Scull could remember nothing about the day he allegedly took that photo. Just a few of the things that make his Bruno Magli photo very suspicious.

Yes, it does look like he’s wearing different shoes in both photos. Also, it wouldn’t mean anything if he were wearing maglis, as you said there were many shoes using the same sole, it would be too small etc. Oj also claimed to have dozens of shoes, and gave them away every six months, moving from la to ny every year.
I looked into the game, and it’s unlikely he wore suade shoes there.
I’m a bit confused over the dates, the mainstream articles don’t make it easy. Apparently there was a jaguar game? If you could clarify this it would be appreciated, also I’m unable to find the “30pictures” they claim. thanks

Then on Geraldo Rivera, he claims Roberts did, and that he took Marcia Clarke around the scene that night.
Ignoring the obvious questions as to why she was called and not the coroner, why would Roberts be hidden from view all this time?

You can google EJ Flammer and then click images usually at the top above and it will present several photos of Flammer and one you will see he is holding a negative sheet with multiple rapid shot photos of Simpson and the five male members of the Monday Morning QBs Club of Buffalo.
If you are speaking of the date of the game that both Harry Scull said he filmed Simpson between 12 & 12:30 Noon about 2 hours after EJ Flammer said he filmed Simpson between 10 & 10:30 AM the date of that game was Sunday, Sept. 26, 1993 between the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills. I would agree with you based on the prior 24 hour weather report regarding heavy rain and wind, I doubt that Simpson would have worn what looks in the Scull photo like brand new Bruno Magli Suede Lorenzo model shoes out in the rain.
Also be aware of the difference in the two photos where Simpson has a handkerchief pushed down in his left breast pocket and a lapel pin in his left side suit’s lapel. As he strolls across the End Zone he has neither. What did he do, take them both out in the two hours between photo shots?

So are you guys planning another documentary or book? The FOI requests and information on the mezzaluna would be great in a book. I recently read Tom o neils book Chaos, which discredits Vincent Bugliosis, exposes his lies about helter skelter and of the JFK assassination.
It might be a long shot, but Jason Simpson was at Cedars Sinai, part of UCLA, just a year before the murders.
UCLA was headed by mk ultra psychiatrist jolly west. This was exposed by o Neill after he found papers and letters tying him to Sydney Gotlieb.
There may be a connection here, or maybe not.

We have some ideas about another documentary, after meeting with our chairperson, Dr. Henry Johnson of OMIG. Might even be something bigger than that but you never know with these Hollywood characters. They may get excited today but when some clandestine character approaches them and reads the riot act to them they all have petered out at this stage. However, several from the investigative division have potential book and video concepts and in due time they will come out.

It’s possible Brad Roberts did not want to go into that deep rabbit hole with Mark Fuhrman, possibly he did not have the same incentive as Fuhrman felt he had to go down deep into the rabbit hole. We know certain things regarding Fuhrman and it appears that Fuhrman had certain resentments, (after reading his book, MURDER IN BRENTWOOD) against much of the LAPD department.
He showed utter disdain for the lead Det. Vannatter, and referred to him in a very demeaning manner. He also appears to suffer from NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder), and such people with that affliction can be viewed as being dangerous to you, themselves, and their careers and yours too if you get involved with them. Fuhrman has run through 4 wives now, while at the 77th PCT had a female, Commander York, as his commanding officer, and while serving there appointed himself as the head of an organization called MAW, which stood for Men Against Women on the police force. With all of that he still resented the fact that after 19 years he had not been promoted to the elite detectives organization downtown Robbery/ Homicides so called S.I.D. (Special Investigations Division) Detectives.
It could have been a feeling of resentment that after 45 minutes of being at the Bundy murder site, when his immediate boss, Det. Phillips came into Nicole’s living room where he was writing his notes, by 2:45 AM he was notified that they were off the case as lead detectives, and now their support S.I.D. detectives in whatever they needed. So, that may have been when (according to Stephen Singular’s book LEGACY OF DECEPTION) Fuhrman and another, possibly Brad Roberts decided to break the primary rule of police investigations, and not to leave one designated criminal site and possibly contaminate another by entering it, when as Singular alleges, he was told that Fuhrman and another went to Simpson’s house around 3:00 AM because Fuhrman believed that he might find evidence their implicating Simpson.
Singular’s book states that the next door neighbor heard two men in a heated argument at Simpson’s Rockingham estate during the wee hours of the morning June 13, 1994. That person may have been the Hispanic made, Rosa Lopez, next door who allegedly heard the commotion. She would be visited by Fuhrman the following day regarding anything she may have seen or heard. That visit may have been the incentive for Lopez to go underground for awhile until feeling safe to emerge again.
Hence, that second arguing officer may have been Brad Roberts who knew that they were violating policy by going into and contaminating another potential crime site. Without looking into it further that would be my speculation regarding Roberts. All of the police did not support Fuhrman and knew he was an arrogant character, however, according to his vehicle partner at the West Side Division, Andrew Purdy, he and others were concerned for their safety of being confronted by the SPU of the LAPD, (SPECIAL PROBLEMS UNIT). That was a loosely controlled street gang unit intended to impact violent street gangs, however, they may have had a more clandestine sinister objective as well, and that was to make sure that renegade police officers tow the line or face the wrath.

Yes I thought that, and that makes sense . However I noticed Jospeh Bosco mention that Burt Lauper had worked on a case with him previously and what he heard “left him distrustful”. So perhaps we have it backward. What if Roberts did something, or had something in his background, that Clark and others decided would make him a risk on the stand? What if her need to ignore all the warnings about fuhrman was due to this? They could have easily had Roberts testify on fuhrmans behalf if his story was true, but they didn’t. I also wonder if the defence knew about Roberts or smelled something rotten, or were in fact in on it. Have any form connections been established between the mezzaluna and the anti gang task force, the spy, which I believe is the same or connected to CRASH and the ramparts scandal? Thanks

Faye Resnick. According to Donald freed in killing time, Sydney Simpson told police that she heard Nicole arguing with her “best friend” before she went to bed. Or perhaps it was from her room. Either way, Resnick stated in her book that she was the last to speak to Nicole alive, but it was all positive. This is doubtful considering she was in rehab amd her boyfriend said she was a mess at that time, coming down from crack.
Now you guys have made a good case that the phone receipt was doctored. I’ve heard Brian heiss follow dick Wagner’s experiments and claims that they could have arrived at the time listed. I don’t know either way, but you have the traffic reports etc have you responded to his claims? Something about the highway and construction and mph.
On top of this, the first call at that time makes sense, for Ron to have left at that time with the glasses etc. it’s possible she talked to her mother again later though.
Anyway, my point is, perhaps it’s not judithas records they are hiding, but resnicks.
It always struck me as odd that she would put out a book trashing her supposed best friend l, all but guaranteeing she cannot be called as a witness.
This is problematic for a number of reasons. First, if she was her friend, she would listen to the advice of her lawyer and do anything to be called to testify about the alleged abuse dished out by OJ. Second, if she did so, her modelling career would have skyrocketed, having her face all over national televisionm third, the sales of whatever book she wrote later would have undoubtedly been higher.
So writing the book and publishing then makes no sense other than to guarantee she could not be cross examined, especially over a phone call that more than likely would have been over drugs and money.
Oj has said he saw her statement to police, I believe from discovery, and that the police knew she was lying, but did not follow up at all.

FYI- I watched Fuhrman on the Oprah Winfrey show around Y2005 and there is no question that he was obsessed with OJ Simpson. He told the audience that they should have allowed him to try on the gloves –“I have the same size hands as Simpson, the same size shoe, etc”. He is insane. And while he brought it up on national TV claiming to be of the same glove and shoe size as OJ, where was Fuhrman at the time of these murders? Now he’s a guy capable of committing these crimes.

The population is coming around. I think OJ’s willingness to talk about the case has been shut off due to the prison sentence he was handed in Las Vegas. He no longer talks about the case/trial. The best example I have ever seen on the oblivious nature of Simpsons detractors came on an interview Simpson did on ESPN in 1998 with veteran color commentator Chris Meyer. Meyer challenged Simpson’s innocents by demanding an explanation why Simpson never took the witness stand in his own defense. Simpson then provided Meyer and his audience with a well thought out factual answer. Essentially OJ said he wanted to testify but his team warned him that it would require another month between his direct testimony followed by the prosecutions cross and they were down to no extra jurors meaning if another juror left the trial because of the long drawn out trial that there would be a mistrial declared meaning the prosecution could hold Simpson in his jail cell for up to another two years before deciding to re try him or not. After hearing Simpson’s explanation Meyer looked straight at Simpson and asked “But why didn’t you testify”? You could have knocked me over with a feather. The brainwashing was so heavy that the “Simpson is guilty” zombies seemed unable to reason. You can find that ESPN interview on Youtube and it’s nothing short of amazing.

Yes and they produced the “documentary” a few years ago that everyone thinks settles things, following the egregious metoo witch hunt. The Michael Jackson attack doco with Wade Robinson and co was also part of this. What I find intriguing in the so called Simpson murder case is the milieu around all the Simpson gossip and prosecution had ties to the Church of Scientology as well as the old Charles Manson Sharon Tate murders some 25 years earlier. For instance OJ Simpson had been a member of the COS as well as his prosecutor Marsha Clark. Now Marsha’s first husband was an Israeli intelligence officer that taught and played backgammon even teaching old time Hollywood stars like Lucille Ball. It was reported back in 1994 by a reputable backgammon magazine that Marsha and her then husband named Gabby had played doubles at a backgammon club with OJ Simpson and his girlfriend Nicole Brown. Even the talking head Greta Van Susteren as well of her husband were devoted Scientologists. Even Charles Manson has admitted to being a member of the Church. In 1980 Marsha’s first husband Gabby was shot in the head by Scientologist and Backgammon partner Dr. Bruce Roman. Roman had performed the Scientology wedding between Marsha Horowitz and Gordon Clark. After shooting Gabby Horowitz , Dr. Bruce decided to call his friend in the DA’s office Marsha for legal advice. Marsha had him call lawyer Robert Shapiro, future OJ Simpson defense attorney. Now on to Charles Manson and the Simpson players. One of the first assholes to proclaim Simpson’s guilt was former Manson prosecutor Vince Bugliosi (sp?) then we saw another former DA Ira Reiner join in the fun. In 1970 the New York Times identified Ira Reiner then a young attorney in private practice as being a “friend” of Charles Manson. And who can forget the nitwitted and now deceased Charles Groden proclaim Simpson’s guilt over his little watched talk show on MSNBC. People forget but Groden had played the role of Doctor in Roman Polanski’s “Rosemary’s Baby” in 1968. Then you have Mr. Blood Vile , Phillip Van Attar that in 1977 was the LA detective that took Roman Polanski into custody for the rape of the teenaged girl. I could go on and one but I’ll stop here.

I wanted to add to the post above. In the 1960’s there was a club popular with the victims of the Manson family including Sharon Tate and Jay Sebring. It was called the Daisy. In 1977 OJ Simpson met teenagers Nicole Brown at the club where she worked as a waitress. That club was also The Daisy.

Some guests were Harry Falk, Patty Duke, Noel Harrison, Sara Lee Eberts, Lynn Loring and many more. The Daisy also happened to be the meeting spot for two famous couples, Candy and Aaron Spelling and Nicole Brown and O.J. Simpson. Dishes were named after important customers like Warren Beatty, Linda Evans, Robert Redford, Jane Fonda and Paul Newman. Diana Ross on August 11th 1969 threw a party so Hollywood could come meet The Jackson 5. On location a scene from “American Gigolo” (1980) with Richard Gere was filmed as well. Of course all of this point to a lot of incestuous crossing over from one organisation and belief system to another in Los Angeles, but I’m not sure we can make much of it all except that “Hollywood” was a much smaller place back then, and in fact many people from back then say so.
What we need is evidence of motive and conspiracy.
The church of Scientology is disgusting but Manson was only briefly exposed to it in prison in 1962. He was put through the “process” and fled after being “clear”.
Tom O’Neill has spent twenty years covering the case and sai he saw nothing there. Far more intriguing are his discoveries about the haight Ashbury and jolly west, the cia and mk ultra. Basically, Manson was protected by some powerful agency for the two years he was out of prison, as was Atkins, and surrounded by cia agents like Reeve Whitson. The Manson murders were almost certainly planned too.
So on to oj. What would be the motive for these groups? Nicole thought she was being followed, we know that.
I would speculate that the mezzaluna, with it’s three murdered waiters and two dissapearances, with zlamsowich being the manager etc and it’s drug nunnig connections, Ron Goldmans files being sealed, almost definitely an informant for the FBI or CIA, I’d say it was somehow the result of the drug trade.
However what I’m trying to uncover is weather the mezzaluna was in cooperation with the FBI or other agency as part of a larger sting operation. The Iran contra affair, as well as many other exposures, show how these operations occur with the complicity of the state. Zlamsowich and Resnick never testified and were never properly investigated.
Hell, the Goldman family even called their book “his name was Ron” so poorly was his situationimbeatigated. They reportedly only asked for his answering machine, then interviewed basically noone. So yeah, the truth about the mezzaluna is really what needs to be uncovered.

Thanks for the spelling correction for our beloved Scientologist Marcia Clark. And according to a 1994 interview of Charles Manson by some British producer he was first introduced to “Dianetics” as he called it during the 1950’s while in prison. He said and I paraphrase “I sent some people to England , I couldn’t go myself, to make some changes”. He then went on to say that Scientology then morphed into the “Process Church of the Final Judgment”. Vince Bugliosi(sp?) wrote in his book, he had looked into the Process Church as a potential co conspirator in the Tate murders and found that Process members not only knew Manson but they also knew the murdered victims at the Tate house. THIS IS HOLLYWOOD and this is the Hollywood that existed in 1994 when Brown and Goldman were butchered Manson style. This is totally overlooked by people investigating the Simpson saga because they just don’t know or understand the Satanic nature of Hollywood. The Hollywood where fellow Scientologist OJ Simpson prospered for years at least until 1994.
When you see the Simpson trial and the media has ramped up it’s propaganda machine with the likes of Manson prosecutor Vince Bugliosi and his successor as District Attorney( and friend of Charles Manson) Ira Reiner being rolled out to massage the publics perceptions your antenna should reach “full alert”. Then further we get Scientologist Marcia Clark to prosecute fellow Scientologist OJ Simpson the suspicion grows. The we see little watched TV host the late Chrles Groden tell his audience of Simpson’s “obvious guilt”. Charles Groden of course appeared in the movie “Rosemary’s Baby” which was produced by Robert Evans and directed by Roman Polanski.
Now if I am not mistaken our Scientologist OJ Simpson had a girlfriend Paula Barbieri( did I spell this correctly? ) who had direct connections to this same Hollywood producer Robert Evans . She may have dated him in fact. Now not only was Robert Evans a suspect in the 1983 Cotton Club murders where Roy Radin was murdered in the desert by two of Larry Flynt’s body guards but he was also the leader of the Satanic church known as “Temple of Set” with Colonel Michael Acquino is second in command. Further more Robert Evans attorney in the Cotton Club case was none other than Robert Shapiro the future attorney for OJ Simpson!
Now on to Marcia Clark once again. In 1980 Marcia Clark received a call from her Scientologist friend and backgammon expert Bruce Roman. Bruce had just shot her ex husband (a backgammon partner of Roman’s) Gabby Horowitz in the head . What Clark instructed Roman to contact lawyer Robert Shapiro , which he did and Shapiro got him acquitted. Some people said Roman shot Horrowitz during a Scientology “auditing session”.
And continuing with backgammon, a publication dedicated to the game wrote in 1994 that Marcia Horowitz and Gabby Horowitz played doubles against OJ Simpson and his then girlfriend Nicole Brown in the late 1970’s at the Cavendish West Club on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles. As a side note I watched a documentary about the murder / suicide of Paul Snyder and Dorothy Stratten and damned if they didnt have a film shot of the West Cavendish Club in the background.
If you trace the game of backgammon back to the ancient Egyptians it was called “The game of death”. In the late 1970’s Playboy founder slime ball Hugh Hefner opened up backgammon clubs all over the country. To promote the game he enlisted his coterie of Hollywood zombies including OJ Simpson. Once again we see a connection of Simpson to his prosecutor Marcia Clark via her ex husband Gabby Horowitz. Yes it’s Barbieri. I don’t think Evans had anything to do with the cotton club murders, there was never any evidence for that. How was he a leader of the temple of set? I don’t know that I believe there is much to the satanic thing, a lot of it is Christian evangelicals against the hedonism as they see it of Hollywood liberals. In fact the Manson case demonstrates how decidedly non hippies they wer. Manson was a full blown violent rapist and schizophrenic, a racist that set himself up on ranches and deserts and stole what he wanted. They all did. He tried sending the girls to other hippie communes after the murders and they were kicked out. Even hippies couldn’t accept rthem. So I think Manson was likely a CIA controlled atooge, weather he realised it or not, and that could also include Scientology. Howard Hughes, the morman church and the CIA worked together, why not the Scientologists? All religion is mediaeval idealist philosophy, as opposed to materialist scientific critique. It aims to convince that all is in the mind, there is either no truth or it’s only attainable through faith in a leader or cult. So again some of it with Shapiro and such is probably just because they had made it to being big time lawyers in LA, they all connect and cross over at some point, but I wouldn’t dismiss it being relevant.

Yeah it’s all very film noir, but the COS connection is very tenuous. It’s more likely a hit on Goldman from some drug running scheme. I’ve noted before that fuhrman was part of the SPU and that was connected to the ramparts division. The anti gang task force was for decades involved in corrupt drug dealing and murders and so on. Tupac’s death was likely connected to this too. Goldman most likely was informing to the FBI and had to be taken out. It was only a few years later the ramparts thing broke out, but and investigation may have been underway already. Following the Christopher commission I wouldn’t be surprised.

Ok. I have a lot of respect for Polanski and seriously doubt he’s a part of any of this. Yes what he did to geimer was terrible, but I think he was pretty fucked up over the murders. He was also a holocaust survivor and that had a tremendous impact on him. His films such as Chinatown, that exposed the water wars in the 1920s and framed the ruling class as incestuous nuts was not taken lightly by them . He also made the ghost writer, exposing Tony Blair, and late his masterpiece jaccuse! About the pre fascist elements in France after the Paris Commune. From Bugliosi HELTER SKELTER — page 647 On November 21, 1969, the bodies of James Sharp, fiften, and Dorren Gaul, nineteen, were found in an alley in downtown Los Angeles. The two teen-agers had been killed elsewhere with a long-bladed kniife or bayonet, then dumped there. Each had been stabbed over fifty times.
Ramparts division Leiutenant Earl Deemer investigated the Sharp-Gaul murders, as did Los Angeles Times reporter Cohen. Although the two men felt there was a good possibility that a Familty member was involved in the slayings, the murders remain unsolved.
Both James Sharp and Doreen Gaul were Scientologists, the latter a Scientology “clear” who had been residing in a Church of Scientology house. According to unconfirmed reports, Doreen Gaul was a former girl friend of Manson Family member Bruce Davis, himself an ex-Scientologist.
Davis’ whereabouts at the times of the murders of Sharp, Gaul and Jane Doe 59 are not known. He disappeared shortly after being questioned in connection with the death of Zero.
On December 1, 1969, Joel Dean Pugh, husband of Family member Sandy Good, was found with his throat slit in a London hotel room. As noted, local police ruled the death a suicide. On learning of Pugh’s demise, Inyo County DA Frank Fowles made official inquiries, specifically asking Interpol to check visas to detrmine if one Bruce Davis was in England at the time.
Scotland Yard replied as follows: “It has been established that Davis is recorded as embarking at London airport for the United States of America on 25th April 1969 while holding United States passport 612 2568. At this time he gave his address as Dormer Cottage, Felbridge, Surrey. Two were Scientologists.
According to *The New York Post*, all three were brutally beaten, ritualistically stabbed, had their right eyes cut out, and were dumped 100 yards from a Scientology commune. One of the girls, Miss Doreen Gaul, nine- teen, who came from New York to study Scientology, was naked except for a strand of Indian beads. The boy, James Sharpe was fifteen years old. The third was un- identified. Doreen Gaul’s father allegedly told a *New York Post* reporter that she had lately become disen- chanted with Scientology.
She was not the only one. For the past fourteen years, John McMasters, the first Scientology clear, ap- pears to have been groomed by Hubbard to take his place when he dies. McMasters recently wrote a letter to Hubbard, and sent copies to “suppressives” and Scientology enemies. Although McMasters declared that “I shall never withdraw my allegiance to Ron or Scientology” he announced that he was leaving Hub- bard’s ships to spread Scientology in Africa, because of his “horror at what such people on the Sea Org could do to mankind.” He criticized Hubbard and Scientology for their “savage and vicious ethics” and seemed partic- ularly disturbed over the death of the three Los Angeles teen-agers. Their deaths may have partially precipitated McMasters’ decision to dissociate himself from certain aspects of Scientology. “Somehow we are violating our basic ethics for such things to happen to us,” he wrote. “These last two ghastly murders of our students, one of whom is a clear, need never have hap- pened if we hadn’t been mocking up [making] enemies so solidly.” – Page 105

Murder victims Doreen Gaul and James Sharp were deeply involved in the Church of Scientology and it was documented James Sharp conducted instruction to Doreen Gaul the night of her murder. He was taking Ms. Gaul to the level “Clear” and Gaul was also working on Engrams at the time of her murder. Bruce Davis lived in the same communal residence as Doreen Gaul while he was very active in Scientology. The owner of the residence was The Church of Scientology.
Just prior to the murder of Doreen Gaul, she made a telephone call to her father asking for an airplane ticket home. Mr. Gaul told Doreen he would send her a round trip ticket. She responded that it should be a one way ticket. Said Gaul to her father, “I think this stuff is all a bunch of crap.” She was leaving the Church of Scientology and that fact was documented by a friend of Doreen Gaul who resided in New York who had offered her a job. For whatever reason, The Church of Scientology has played a very important part in the Manson saga. The Church of Scientology even offered a reward for the arrest and conviction of the person/persons responsible for the murder of Doreen Gaul and James Sharp.
Susan Atkins stated that a “man” use to come up to Golar Wash and have meetings with Manson. “I believe he was with The Church of Scientology” said Atkins. Paul Crockett, Paul Watkins and other Manson family associates spoke of the influence of Scientology on Manson. Best Selling author Ed Sanders made some statements about Scientology and The Process Church in his first edition of THE FAMILY. Legal action caused Sanders to remove that portion of his book in the subsequent editions. Scientology is an important part of the Manson story.

There is something of a connection here, just saying the cults like Scientology and laveyan satanism and a host of others have connections to military intelligence and are obviously psyops. Have you read CHAOS? by Tom o Neill. He demolishes Bugliosis narrative and shows the family were protected, clearly by the CIA. Even that night the house was under surveillance. And there is a battle over the Tex Watson tapes which he tracked down, Watson’s lawyer had them. When the Landa for them they refused to let anyone hear them.

No Ed Duerrstein headed up the USC Dental School ( I believe he practices acupuncture in New Mexico now at age 85) during 1966-1969 period. Back when he was in the OTO Solar Templars with Charles Manson he also ran the OTO’s occult book store chain named “Eyes of Horus” in Los Angeles. Ed was a major booster for the Trojan football team while Simpson starred as their best player. O.J. Simpson could have definitely knew Ed.
Ed Durston was a gay porn movie maker with his greatest film so disgusting (Man Hole) you cannot find much information about it. It starred an actor that appeared in a Clint Eastwood movie where Clint took to air missile launcher and blew him up. This particular Eastwood film mimicked the Zodiac killings. Yeah I get all that I just don’t see their immediate motive. And there would be plenty of Scientologists and ex Scientologists around if you go back decades, but if it is about them then they have a relationship with the FBI and probably the CIA. That’s the only way this frame up can occur. They had the pull to distort the media, later documentaries and biopics. Only the central intelligence agencies have that. So if it’s related to the COS they’re pulling the strings. Of course Hubbard cake out of naval intelligence and Manson was taught all this shit in prison, but I think it all leads back to mk ultra, artichoke and monarch. At the roots of that you have hypnosis mass control all that. In all likelihood they’re just smokescreen and experiments in control. So if it is the COS where does it fit and why would they do this? I know the other murders I just don’t see evidence Nicole and Ron were a part of it. Or cantor etc..

I guess their biggest motive is to cover up the COS involvement in the killings and to keep the public stupified as to what the Church is really all about. Even the conviction of Manson was a cover up as they allowed the Process Church and their other killers to go free and undetected.
